personal interests community city of yachats councilman

I was elected to the Yachats City Council in 1986, during a time when the community was beginning to feel dramatic growth pains.
Below, are a mixed collection of newspaper clippings and other documents generated during my term as Yachats City Councilman.
Also included is an analysis I did as an architect and Councilman for the City Hall Expansion and a Floor Plan for the remodel of the existing City Hall/Water Department office.
Upon approval of the Floor Plan for a temporary redesign of the City Hall, I constructed the partition walls for the rehab.
After two years on the Council, I felt that he could better serve the community if I were Mayor.
